浙江省小型水库星罗棋布,面广量大,几乎遍布全省每一个乡镇,在防洪、灌溉、供水和发电等方面;与大、中型水库相辅相成,发挥了巨大的社会、经济和生态效益。但是,绝大部分小型水库修建于20世纪五六十年代,由于受当时历史条件的限制,工程建设标准低,施工质量差,配套设施简陋不全。经过多年的运行,工程老化、失修失管等,工程隐患十分突出,不仅造成小型水库效益锐减,而且严重地威胁着下游人民生命财产的安全。安吉县根据全省千库保安要求,对几座小(2)型水库的放水设施维修改造,并采用了虹吸管技术。在此通过对传统放水涵管与虹吸管的主要性能指标进行比较,从而确定虹吸管放水设备是安全、高效、经济的;同时对小(1)型水库的放水设施改造做理论性探讨。
Zhejiang Province has a large number of small reservoirs spread across a large area, covering almost every township in the province. Flood control, irrigation, water supply and power generation are complementary to large and medium-sized reservoirs, exerting enormous social, economic and ecological benefits. However, most of the small reservoirs were built in the 1950s and 1960s. Due to the historical conditions at that time, the standards of construction were low, the construction quality was poor and the supporting facilities were not complete. After many years of operation, project aging, loss of negligence, etc., the hidden dangers of the project are very prominent. This not only causes the efficiency of small reservoirs to plummet, but also seriously threatens the safety of lives and property of the people downstream. Anji County, according to the province’s security requirements thousands of reservoirs, several small (2) reservoirs of water facilities maintenance transformation, and the use of siphon technology. By comparing the main performance indexes of traditional drainage culvert and siphon, it is safe, efficient and economical to determine the siphon drainage equipment. At the same time, a theoretical discussion is made on the transformation of the drainage facilities of small (1) type reservoirs.
