In the past decades,supramolecular host-guest chemistry has gained increasing interests in constructing smart polymeric drug delivery nanosystems for cancer therapy [1].However little attention has been paid to prodrug micelles based on host-guest interactions while prodrug strategy offers reduced side effects and enhanced therapeutic efficacy [2].In addition,compared with polyethylene glycol (PEG),zwitterionic polymers have better stealth and biocompatible properties which are significantly important for drug delivery systems [3].
