钛酸酯配合物不仅在化学领域而且在生物抗癌活性方面应用广泛,所以一直以来是比较热门的研究课题[1].钛酸酯配合物不仅可以有效的催化己内酯的开环聚合[2]、Hetero-DielsAlder和醛氰缩合,还可以作为有效的存储材料和抗癌抗菌物质[3].我们课题组合成一系列含咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶配体(L)的钛酸酯配合物,并探索了它们的抗癌抗菌性能(Scheme 1).
