目的研究首都机场T3航站楼建设工程对其周边鼠种构成和鼠密度的影响,为鼠防工作提供依据。方法采用夹夜法,每月对首都机场T3航站楼施工工地及其周边区域的代表性生境进行调查。结果在T3航站楼工地共捕获鼠类3种102只,以小家鼠为优势种,占捕鼠总数的67.65%;黑线姬鼠和褐家鼠分别占21.57%和10.78%。2005-2008年T3航站楼工地鼠种构成差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.24,P=0.008),平均鼠密度逐年下降。结论T3航站楼建设导致的生态环境改变,引起鼠种构成和鼠密度的改变。重大建设项目应加强周边环境的鼠情监测,针对性的开展灭鼠工作。
Objective To study the impact of the construction of T3 terminal of Capital Airport on the composition of rodents and the density of rodents in the periphery of rodents and provide basis for rodent prevention work. Methods By using the method of folder night, the representative habitats of the construction site of T3 Terminal and the surrounding area of Capital Airport were surveyed monthly. Results A total of 102 species of rodents were captured in the T3 terminal site. The dominant species were Mus musculus, accounting for 67.65% of the total catches. Apodemus agrarius and Rattus norvegicus accounted for 21.57% and 10.78%, respectively. From 2005 to 2008, there was a significant difference in the composition of rat species in T3 terminal site (χ2 = 17.24, P = 0.008), and the average rat density decreased year by year. Conclusion Changes in the ecological environment caused by the construction of T3 Terminal Terminal Station have caused changes in the composition of mice and the density of rats. Major construction projects should strengthen the monitoring of rodents in the surrounding environment and conduct targeted rodent control work.
