目的:探讨子宫脱垂采用阴式切除手术治疗临床效果.方法:本次选取80例子宫脱垂患者,均为某院妇科2013年10月至2015年5月收治,依据入院顺序随机分组,就阴道前后壁修补手术治疗(对照组,n=40)与加用阴式切除手术治疗(观察组,n=40)效果展开对比.结果:观察组选取的子宫脱垂病例临床总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组平均随访1年,无复发实践
