长非编码RNA slincRAD对小鼠脂肪组织生长的调控

白色脂肪组织积累过度,会引发肥胖、二型糖尿病、高血压及心脑血管等疾病的发生,因此肥胖的发生机制已成为基础和临床研究的一个重要方向.利用课题组自主建立的长非编码RNA研究系统,我们首次鉴定了一个在脂肪细胞分化早期即发生显著表达调控的超长非编码RNA基因(super-long intergenic noncoding RNA in adipogenesis,slincRAD),发现敲低该基因能显著降低细胞脂质生成,干扰脂肪细胞正常的分化进程.
