Bone callus generates along with fracture healing, which is a process that involving a complex interplay of cells, growth factors, and extracellular matrix.The aim of this study was to investigate the osteogenic potential of bone callus for being an ideal bone graft in vitro and in vivo.Evaluations of callus included radiology, histology,immunohistochemistry, Micro-CT and biomechanics.
