【摘 要】
：
本科于2007年成立了放射科护理单元，实施护士分层级岗位管理，制定级别护士岗位说明及任职资格，遵循能级对应、动态调整的原则，成立质控小组，完善质量与安全管理相关制度，制订各岗位的质量检查标准和质量指标，拟定操作规范与流程，进行质量控制与绩效考核，逐步完成了放射科护理的质量管理体系。
