深圳宝安体育场为目前国内最大的环形空间索桁结构,具有索的数目多、成型过程结构刚度变化大、成型后索的张力大等特点,是目前最具难度的索工程之一。结合本工程的特点,对结构成型总体方案的选取、成型过程的仿真模拟、成型过程中的稳定性、成型控制等关键问题进行了详细分析,为结构张拉施工提供依据。在理论分析的基础上,施工时引入大型结构自动化整体移位系统,实施36点72台千斤顶同步张拉。现场施工及测试表明:成型方案选取合理,理论分析与实测吻合,大型结构自动化整体移位系统可大大提高张拉效率。
Shenzhen Baoan Stadium is currently the largest ring space cable truss structure, with a large number of cables, the structure of the molding process changes in stiffness, tension after the cable and so on, is currently one of the most difficult cable project. Combined with the characteristics of this project, the key problems such as the selection of the overall scheme of the structure forming, the simulation of the forming process, the stability in the forming process and the forming control are analyzed in detail, which provides the basis for the construction of the structure. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the construction of the introduction of large-scale structure of the overall system of automatic displacement, the implementation of 36 points 72 jack simultaneously tensioning. The construction and test in the field show that the selection of forming scheme is reasonable, the theoretical analysis is in good agreement with the actual measurement, and the large-structure automatic whole-shift system can greatly improve the tensioning efficiency.
