目的 探索通过在多孔状左旋聚乳酸高分子材料(PLLA)形成的三维支架材料中培养人牙周膜细胞,建立体外人牙周膜模型——人牙周膜样组织(HPdLLT).方法 将左旋聚乳酸溶解于二氯甲烷(5％).在溶液中加入尺寸为75-150um的氯化钠晶体,混匀,平铺干燥24h.
