Herb-drug interactions are an important issue in drug safety and clinical practice.The aim of this study was to charac terize epidemiological profiles in schizophrenic patients, particu larly associations of herbal and antipsychotic concomitant use modes with clinical outcomes.Schizophrenic patients who were randomly elected from 58 psychiatric institutions in China were interviewed in face-to-face with a structured questionnaire.
