Cervical cancer is highly associated with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.Two HPV oncoproteins E6 and E7 are constantly expressed in cervical cancers and represent ideal tumor-specific target antigens for immunotherapy.We generated fusion proteins by combining domains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin A (PE)with E7 and E6,respectively.
