In this paper, a set of weaving device that could simulate the five movements of weaving loom was designed using AutoCAD and assembled into sample on the basis of general weaving principle, 3d woven fabric formation principle, unique structure and weaving performance of carbon fiber and filament, carbon fiber fabrics with various shape such as platy shape, T shape, I shape and cross shape were produced by this device, and the thickness of platy fabric was up to 5 mm.
