  本文阐述了铸造行业传统商业模式即承担来图加工为主存在的问题,描述了铸造厂从参与主机厂开发设计到产品制造全过程的新商业模式的优势,以柳工铸造近年来以新型变矩器总成和新型JV驱动桥总成开发设计项目成功完成快速实现生产为例,介绍了柳工铸造在新的商业模式中实践过程及成果。
