Graphene,an atomic layer of graphite,has exceptional mechanical,electrical,and thermal properties,intriguing interests of both scientific research and industrial applications [1].Many efforts,especially on electronics have been made to apply such a fascinating material [2].Due to the challenge of opening the band gap of graphene,it is hard to access practical semi-conducting electronics in the near future.Alternatively,graphene can be widely applied in composites making use of its outstanding attributes.
