目的 Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the lung(HAL)is a rare type of lung cancer with poor diagnosis and treatment.Until now thediagnosis of HAL is based on findings of hepatoid histopathology in lung tissue and high levels of AFP,andimmunohistochemical stains may be helpful in defiing HAL,but there was no consistent standard.方法 We present two patients with the same pathological and immunohistochemical characteristics in line with the diagnosis ofHAL.
