Introduction:There are many reports that bone marrow derived stromal cells (BSCs) have the potential ability to regenerate various tissues/organs like as bone,muscle and so on.We have already reported that transplantation of BSCs to the injured vocal cord has produced good results for regeneration of it.The fate of the implanted BSCs,however,is not identified.The aim of this study is to investigate the destiny of the implanted BSCs and their role of regeneration in the injured vocal cord.Materials and Methods:After harvesting bone marrow from the humerus of the canine,two weeks selective incubation of BSCs was performed.
