采用ICP-AES法直接测定钛合金中Ta、Nb、W元素。通过分析条件的优化遴选,确定了仪器的最佳工作参数和分析线。采用基体匹配及内标法进行校正,并进行了方法精密度,准确度试验,回收率在98~105%之间,相对标准偏差小于1.35%,数据表明该方法准确,操作简便,快速。
Direct determination of Ta, Nb and W elements in titanium alloy by ICP-AES. Through the optimization of the analysis of the selection conditions, to determine the best instrument parameters and analysis of the line. The method of matrix matching and internal standard was used for calibration. The precision and accuracy of the method were tested. The recoveries were between 98% and 105% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 1.35%. The data showed that the method was accurate and easy to operate.
