Objective:To develop a novel kind of mesoporous TiO2 (MST) nanoparticle for loading and improving the dissolution rate of poorly water-soluble drugs.Method:the conventional calcination method was replaced by a simple ethanol extraction method to synthesize MST nanoparticles.The SEM/TEM,XRD,N2 adsorption/desorption,scanning calorimetry (DSC),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and in vitro dissolution test were used to explore the role of MST on drug loading and release behaviors.
