消化内镜已广泛应用于临床,且作为一种侵入性、微创性的诊疗器械,又由于其材质的特殊、精密度高、较复杂的结构,使其用后的清洗消毒工作非常严峻,那么消毒不到位,将直接影响患者的医疗安全,为有效的控制交叉感染的发生,针对消化内镜的清洗消毒方法的效果,针对2012年8月-2013年6月,采用自动清洗消毒机消毒和人工清洗消毒的方法对某些医院的胃镜进行清洗消毒,并比较结果.
