Hydrostatic supported system(HSS) have been used in many industrial applications due to favorable characteristics such as high load-bearing capacity, large fluid film stiffness, virtual independence of speed, good positional accuracy and high lubrication property.Recently it becomes a hot research field of dynamic analysis and optimization for worktable system supported by hydraulic fluid in computerized numerical control machine tools.The natural frequency at lower orders for hydrostatic worktable system may easily give rise to vibration as in resonance with excitation frequency.That impairs the performance of CNC machine tools in aspects of position accuracy,deformation and lifespan.Therefore it is of great importance to carry out its dynamic analysis and make the natural frequency at optimal area.
