  The detection of influenza virus is of great importance for the surveillance and control of the infectious disease caused by this pathogen.In comparison with traditional detection methods such as virus isolation and culture and Enzyme-linked Immuno-sorbent Assay(ELISA),the method of electrochemical immuno-biosensing shows many advantages,especially in the potential application of point of care test[1,2].
