Objective Forgetting unwanted negative events is associated with psychological well-being.However, studies have shown that depressed individuals have difficultics in forgetting unwanted, especially negative, event.However, the associated neural mechanism has never been investigated using developed neuroscience methods such as functional magnetic resonance imaging and event-related potential (ERP) techniques.The aim of the current study was to using ERPs to examine the time course of the impaired memory suppression in depressed individuals so as to help advance thcorics of dcpression and improve treatments for this disorder.

MCI被广泛认为是AD的前驱阶段,因为很多诊断为MCI的个体都会转化为AD.而主诉记忆障碍即记忆抱怨是MCI诊断中基本的一部分,但是出现在MCI阶段之前主诉记忆障碍也可能是不健康脑老化的早期预测指标.主诉记忆障碍可能与反映AD病理脑结构的改变有关,但是目前研究MCI中的神经影像与主诉认知障碍关系的相关研究比较有限.所以本研究的目的在于研究主诉记忆障碍与正常老化的老年人和MCI组的老年人在默认网络上
