目的:通过以针刀为主对80例颈椎病的治疗,观察临床疗效,探讨治疗机理.方法:针刀局部松解加神经触激为主,辅以牵引等治疗.结果:80例患者,痊愈32例(占40％)；显效24例(占30％)；有效:24例(占30％),有效率:100％.结论:针刀治疗非脊髓型颈椎病疗效显著,安全无副作用.
