Ethanol steam reforming (ESR) is a promising route for sustainable hydrogen production since ethanol can be obtained from fermentation of biomass (e.g.energy crop,cellulose,organic waste) (1,2).We studied the substitution effect of Nj2+ by 2n2+ in the catalytic performance of LaNilx2nx038 catalysts during ESR reaction.The incorporation of Zn into the perovskite structure is examined in terms of the catalyst reducibility and reactivity.
