Since the discovery of high-temperature superconductibity in copper oxide compounds,[1] with theformula La2-XCexCuO4,there has been much effort to understand its intrinsic mechanism [2,3] andother physical properties, such as magneto-resistivity[4],spin fluctuations[5] and pseuduo-gapphase[6].To obtain the optical properties of this new material, spectroscopic ellipsometry was usedto show the optical constants and report dispersion parameters of La1.9Ce0.1CuO4.
