循环微小RNA在鼻咽癌中的诊断意义

背景与目的：MicroRNA (miRNA)是一类由内源基因编码的长度约为22个核苷酸的非编码单链RNA分子,它们在动植物中参与转录后基因表达调控。循环系统中的miRNA具有稳定、耐酸耐碱、容易检测等特点,既往研究发现,miRNA在肿瘤和正常组织中表达有差异性,有潜力开发为肿瘤早诊或筛查的重要标志物。

以眼部症状为首发的鼻窦囊肿的诊断和治疗

目的：总结以眼部症状为首发的鼻窦囊肿的诊断和治疗要点。方法：对我院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科自2013年1月至2015年6月收治的55例以眼部症状为首发的鼻窦囊肿患者的临床资料进行分析和总结。男30例，女25例，年龄14-74岁，平均43岁。术前均行鼻窦CT、MRI检查。均在鼻内镜下行鼻窦开放、鼻窦囊肿切开引流术，术后使用抗生素治疗，并常规行鼻内镜检查。
