Background The ventricular arrhythmia often appears with coronary artery disease, especially for acute myocardial infarction patients (AMI).The ventricular arrhythmia is an important factor to affect Myocardial infarction outcome. The increased transmural dispersion of repolarization underlies the occurrence of malignant ventricular arrhythmias.Tpeak-Tend interval, means to the period fiom T peak to Tend, is a index of electro cardiology in recent years. It has been reported that Tp-Te interval can be used to quantify the transmutably dispersion of depolarization. We assess the clinical value of Tp-Te and Tp-Te dispersion for prediction of the ventricular arrhythmia.
