Magnetite (Fe3O4), as a half-metallic material with an energy gap at the Fermi level (EF) for only one electron spin direction, is promising for spintronics due to its full spin polarization and high Curie temperature (Tc) ~850 K.The spin-dependent transport in granular has attracted great attention and has motivated intensive studies to exploit some novel properties based on nanoscale Fe3O4.
