  卟啉具有刚性四吡咯大环共轭芳香结构,有很高的摩尔吸收系数和较强的近红外荧光。通过改变吡咯核、吡咯单元数目与连接方式等,可发展核修饰卟啉、错位卟啉、扩展卟啉等异卟啉,实现常规卟啉所不具备的新颖性质。同时,通过共价键连接的二聚卟啉,具有异于单个卟啉的独特电子光谱、光化学、电化学等性质和良好的应用前景,但异卟啉二聚体的合成较为困难,研究相对较少[1]。
