乳腺特异性表达载体PIN的构建及其表达效率的研究

山羊奶单产量低是制约我国们羊奶产业发展的瓶颈,培育高产转基因奶山羊品系,显著提高奶产量是解决该问题的有效方法.体内影响乳腺发育的激素主要为生长激素、催乳素、孕酮、雌激素和类胰岛素生长因子(IGF-1).其中IGF-1在泌乳期主要通过调节营养分配和维持乳腺细胞活力来提高奶产量.本研究通过构建乳腺特异性表达载体PIN,研究IGF-1基因在体外人乳腺癌细胞Bcap-37和体内山羊乳腺中的表达水平,旨在为进一步生产转IGF-1基因奶山羊提供试验材料.
