目的 本研究目的是探索筋膜瓣结合植皮一期修复头皮大面积缺损伴颅骨裸露围手术期护理方法及护理要点。方法 我科自2010年1月至2013年12月采用筋膜瓣结合植皮修复22例大面积头皮缺损伴颅骨裸露患者，护理组进行了专项护理，并总结出行之有效的围手术期护理方法。结果 22例患者移植的筋膜瓣及其表面移植皮片均完全成活，经术后半年～3年随访，修复创面外观满意，无发生眼、鼻、口等器官继发畸形。
