Based on daily precipitation data from 44 stations from 1951-2009,we analyzed spatial and temporal variation in the Precipitation Concentration Degree (PCD),Precipitation Concentration Period (PCP),rainstorm and the precipitation. The results show that the varies trend of PCD and the PCP is not obvious, but the amount of rainstorm and the precipitation showed a trend of obvious growth (2.636 mm/10a and 15.168 mm/10a),and the growth rate of the total precipitation is higher than rainstorm.PCD periodicity is approximately 5y and 10y,PCP is 5y and 15y,and the main cycle for rainstorm and the precipitation is 6-10y in recent 60 years of Huaihe River Basin.
