Objective: While morphology-based cytopathological analyses, ThinPrep Pap test and Cyto-spin-coupled Wright-Giemsa (WG) stain, still are the standard methods for Leptomeningeal metastasis (LM) diagnosis in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), the effectiveness between two methods in the diagnosis of LM in CSF remains controversial.Furthermore, ThinPrep Pap test demonstrates superior performance compared to Cytospin-coupled WG stain in nongynecologic specimens.However, there has yet been no direct comparative study of the two methods and it remains unknown whether ThinPrep Pap test method is also superior to the conventional Cytospin method in CSF cytology.In this study, we directly compared the sensitivity and specificity of ThinPrep Pap test and Cytospin-coupled WG stain methods in the diagnosis of LM in CSF.

目的 探讨骨盆骨折并发症的观察与急救护理特点.方法 高度重视骨盆骨折并发症的观察与急救,89例患者均采用外固定支架及钢板固定治疗.结果 本组89例骨盆外形恢复良好,患者均恢复行走功能.随访5～42个月,骨折均愈合.按刘利民等评定标准优良率90.5％.结论 骨盆骨折损伤重、出血多、多伴有内脏损伤及管腔脏器破裂、死亡率高且卧床时间长、护理难度大,重视并发症的观察与急救,可以减少死亡率,促进患者早日康复
目的 总结了手外伤术后康复护理及功能锻炼指导经验，方法 对72例严重手外伤患者术后护理的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 通过康复护理，指导患者掌握康复知识，有目的地进行功能锻炼，有效地促进了手部血液循环，防止了肌腱粘连、关节僵直及肌肉萎缩，减少了术后并发症的发生.其中，显效46例(63.9％)，好转22例(30.6％)，无效4例(5.6％)，总有效率94.5％.结论 康复护理与功能锻炼是保证手外伤疗
