　　In this paper,we investigate the mutation mechanisms of human breast cancer by modeling of the data of the surveillance,epidemiology,and end results(SEER)registry and have found that there are 2-14 hits in the genome of the breast stem cells,in which one of them becomes a malignant cell leading to clinical detection.
