目的以遗传性视网膜色素变性RCS大鼠为模型,探讨在体电穿孔辅助脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因转染视网膜神经节细胞层和视网膜色素上皮细胞层延缓视网膜色素变性的可行性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the feasibility of delaying retinal pigment epithelial cells (RPE) retinal ganglion cell layer and retinal pigment epithelial cell layer by electroporation-assisted BDNF gene transfer in RCS rat model of hereditary retinitis pigmentosa.
