一、前言结构中的许多构件都是在双向偏压状态下工作的;严格地说,纯粹的单向偏压构件是不存在的。但在许多情况下,可以忽略其中一个方向的弯矩,而近似地按单向偏压构件计算。可是,在另外许多情况下,由于两个方向的相对偏心距相差不大,所以不能忽略其中任何一个。这时,就必须按照双向偏压构件计算它的截面承载力。
