The performance appraisal of science and technology achievements transformation and knowledge management, is important link to imply knowledge management of science and technology achievements transformation organizations.Based on analysis of target system of knowledge management of science and technology achievements transformation, the performance evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions including economic benefit, core competence and continuous competitive advantage, and empirical analysis is done by D-S evidential reasoning approach based on maximum confidengce degree on conditions that the parameter of weight confirming method is alterable for twelve large and medium scale enterprises of Heilongjiang Province, and seientifical evaluation results are gained.The stability analysis of K1 and sensitivity analysis of weights provide a new thought for testing the scientifical and dependability of evaluation results.
