Objective To enrich the data about the expenditures of osteop orptic fractures in our county by invest-tigating the cost of therapeutic fractures from 2004 to 2007 in our hospital.Methods Data of the therape utic cost and Length of stay of the osteoporotic women aged over55 with fractures of neck and intertrochanteric regions of the femur and fracture of the thoracic vertebra and lumber vertebra and to the Departmet of Orthopedis of we Hospita were collectred from 2004 ~ 2007.Results During there 4 years,61 women with fractures of the thoracic verteba and lumber vetebra,the average stay wes 3101.
