目的:讨论利用拇指背侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣逆行修复拇指缺损的方法及效果。方法:利用拇指背侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣逆行修复拇指缺损,包括:指端缺损;单纯甲床缺损;指腹缺损及外伤后部分皮肤坏死,指骨肌腱外露共15 例。结果:15 例皮瓣全部成活,约5 例术后出现静脉回流障碍,通过积极消肿及局部拆除部分缝线后,皮瓣最终成活;对于指端缺损及指腹缺损者,术中将拇指背侧皮神经与一侧指神经吻合,半年后随访,外形不臃肿

目的 介绍一例右踇甲瓣移植拇指再造术的护理体会。方法 术前做好心理护理,并保护供区的皮肤和血管,控制感染源。术后提供舒适的病房环境和营造良好的社会环境,密切观察再造拇指血运情况,积极做好“三抗”和疼痛的护理,并且有计划、有步骤地对再造拇指进行康复训练。结果 再造拇指成活,未出现并发症,再造拇指外形美观,功能满意。结论 严谨细致的术前术后护理可避免血管危象的发生,科学的康复期指导有助于患者再造拇指的
目的 探讨用皮下静脉吻合法修复足底皮肤逆行撕脱伤的手术方法。方法 在2008 年1 月--2014 年6 月我科治疗的13 例足底皮肤逆行撕脱伤予以皮下静脉吻合法修复,进行回顾分析,总结经验教训。 结果 采用皮下静脉吻合法修复足底皮肤逆行撕脱伤13 例,11 例完全成活,3 例少量皮缘坏死,经5~24 月随访,撕脱皮肤成活良好,外形及功能良好。
