Recent years, Fibula bone flap combine with dental implants are widely used in total oral functional reconstruction, not only facial contour was maintained, but also oral masticatory function was obtained.In this lecture we introduce our team work in past 20 years experience at oral & maxillofacial Reconstruction field.1.Single fibula bone flap combine with simultaneous dental implants in jaw bone reconstruction..A.Safety minimal length for each bone segrnent.(multiple osteotomies)B.Implant length＞10mm,at least lmm bone around the implant(bone width＞:6cm)C.Vessels pedicle cant be injury.It is said, select the widely bone surface and the enough bone height for dental implant implantation ,maintain the post operative blood supply from the anastomosis vessel pedicle D.Implant position according the dentition of opposite dental arch,, and how to get the Proper interarch relationship.E.How to maintain the low facial profile, special in symphysis area.F.Palatal mucosa graft around the implants for patient oral hygiene maintain.
