简要评述了摩擦学的发展历史和研究进展,讨论了摩擦学设计的基本问题,涉及摩擦学设计的设计方法、知识资源库和表面工程的主要内容、采取的技术路线和面临的关键技术。通过列举的工程实例,对摩擦学设计采用的系统分析法做了较为系统描述,强调摩擦学设计不能仅仅被理解为摩擦副的设计或摩擦、磨损与润滑的设计,而应是一个系统性的考虑和设计,由此显示出摩擦学设计解决复杂工程问题的作用和实用价值。最后提出了摩擦学设计领域的前沿研究方向。
The development history and research progress of tribology are briefly reviewed. The basic problems of tribology design are discussed. The design methods of tribology design, the main content of knowledge resource base and surface engineering, the technical route and the key technologies are discussed. By enumerating the engineering examples, the system analysis method used in tribology design is systematically described. It is stressed that the tribology design can not be understood merely as the design of friction pair or the design of friction, wear and lubrication, but rather as a systematic Consider and design, which shows the tribological design to solve complex engineering problems and practical value. Finally, the frontier research in tribology design is proposed.
