膜基性能匹配對硬質薄膜摩擦學行為的影響

硬質薄膜常被用於提高零部件的摩擦學性能。但在設計和選擇薄膜材料和製備方法時，往往忽視基體材料與薄膜材料的性能匹配。研究表明，硬質薄膜與基體材料性能上的差異會在很大程度上影響薄膜的摩擦學行為。在一些情況下，硬質薄膜會導致基體更容易發生塑性變形而降低膜基系統的整體性能，即所謂的弱化效應。本文介紹弱化效應的基本概念，利用物理氣相沉積方法在不同的基體上製備了硬質薄膜，試驗研究了膜基材料的性能匹配對薄膜摩擦

以自組裝技術被覆肝素/多巴胺與肝素/膠原蛋白多層複合膜之鈦金屬表面的血液相容性與結合性

从SEM表面形貌观察、水滴接触角的角度变化、FTIR富能基的峰值变化与复合膜截面的膜厚量测，证实两种制程都成功地的将多巴胺、肝素以及胶原蛋白被覆在纯钛的表面上；从SEM的结果可以看出，增加多巴胺层数更能均匀的被覆在纯钛表面上。从动态环境下的测试结果得知，被覆肝素／多巴胺复合膜较肝素，胶原蛋白复合膜可承受在生理环境中流体冲击和剪切的作用。

涂层通常指覆盖或涂敷于零件表面的一层待殊材料，广义上讲是增材制造的特殊形式。涂层在材料或工件上所占质量及体积比例虽然很小。但其对提高材料性能、延长零件工作性能的作用却十分显著.涂层无损检测与评价对于保证表面涂层质量和零件使用寿命及效果具有重要意义。表征及评价的涂层特性主要包括缺陷(微裂纹、孔隙)、厚度、弹性模量、界面结合强度等。
