In this work,the topology optimization of compliant mechanism is studied by constructing a multi-objective optimization problem,where the maximization of the weighted sum of the output end displacement and the effective strain distribution uniformity is considered.The topology optimization problem is formulated using the classical Solid Isotropic Material Penalization (SIMP) method.The strain distribution uniformity is measured via the variance of the effective strain,and its analytical sensitivity to design variables can be determined effectively using the adjoint method.
