目的 研究小鼠成骨细胞的矿化过程中microRNA表达谱变化及变化最明显的microRNA在成骨细胞矿化过程中的作用及机制方法 microRNA芯片检测诱导小鼠成骨细胞矿化过程中microRNA表达谱.过表达实验观察变化最为明显的miR-93在成骨细胞矿化过程中的作用.生物信息学预测其靶基因,荧光素酶报告基因实验、过表达实验验证miR-93的靶基因.生物信息学预测miR-93启动子区的转录因子,荧光素酶报告基因实验、过表达及抑制实验、凝胶迁移电泳实验、染色质免疫共沉淀实验加以验证
