建立了大型H型钢九辊定棍距矫直的实体模型和有限元模型,对大型H型钢九辊连续矫直过程的弹塑性变形问题进行模拟研究,分析矫直过程中大型H型钢出现的应力变化,对具有矫前缺陷的大型H型钢矫直过程中的应力进行分析,为进一步分析H型钢矫后的残余应力控制奠定理论基础。
The physical model and finite element model of the large-scale H-section nine-roller fixed bar are established.
