随着米-17直升机的大量引进，该机型已逐渐成为国内使用的主要直升机型。米-17直升机装备的两台TB3-117MT型发动机在使用中出现的转速超差现象，会直接影响到直升机的正常飞行。该文针方对一起特殊的转速超差事例进行了重点分析，并提出了一些初步意见。
