Background and Purpose Abnormal functional connectivity at rest has been identified in depressive disorder. However, very few studies have been conducted to understand the underlying neural substrates of subclinical depression.Recently, the newly proposed functional connectivity density approach has been increasing used to explore the large-scale brain network of mental disease. This study aimed to indentify the degree centrality (DC) alteration of the brain network in subclinical depression subject.
