汤文化是饮食文化的重要部分,汤文化文献是研究汤文化的必要基础。汤文献的分布有两个明显的特点:第一专门著述着录少,流传少,散佚多,第二散见资料异常丰富,分布范围极为广泛,以子部最为集中,史部、集部范围最广,经部文献中一些资料价值相当大。本文欲对汤文化文献的分布及分布的特点等基本情况做一初步梳理。
