Objective:To summarize and investigate the application of antegrade combined with retrograde coronary sinus and coronary arterial graft cardioplegia perfusion.Methods:30 cases were divided into two groups:group A (n =20),antegrade and retrograde cardioplegia perfusion; group B (n =10),antegrade and retrograde combined with graft perfusion.Results:It is well-balanced and stably in CPB.No death and no perioperative complication occurred in two groups.Conclusion:Antegrade combined with retrograde coronary sinus and coronary arterial graft perfusion can be safely performed with good results.
